CoracleResearch

Coracle is asymmetric by design.

We publish what industrial R&D cannot.

Every drop ships as a paired narrative note and patent-application-grade technical disclosure. Each drop carries a 35 U.S.C. §102 defensive-publication clause effective the publication date, and a Zenodo DOI for third-party timestamp. The work enters the public record on the day it ships and clears the field for any team willing to implement.

The asymmetry is structural. A traditional R&D shop converts discovery into patent assets, amortizing the filing cost against license revenue. Coracle converts discovery into shared prior art, trading the filing cost for a much smaller writing cost, and trading license revenue for commissioned engagements with teams that want the engineering done on their own product line. The math favors publication by an order of magnitude. The incentives pull the other way, so most of the field still files. We do not.

Commissioned deepening is available at Engagements. Cold problems go to Inquire. Coracle operates under the laws of Wyoming. Write to coracle@coracleresearch.com.
